This notice covers the EduSG early-access waitlist, not the use of an EduSG account or the handling of student information.

What we collect

When you join, EduSG stores your name, email address, centre name and the role you chose (centre owner, teacher, parent or other). If you choose to give them, we also store the number of students at your centre and a Singapore WhatsApp number. We record the landing-page source, the time you joined and the version of this notice. Joining does not create an account.

Why we collect it

By selecting “Join the waitlist”, you ask EduSG to contact you about early access. Joining does not guarantee an invitation or a launch date. This form does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

How we contact you

We send a confirmation email when you join, and we will email you when sign-up opens.

We only store a WhatsApp number when you also tick the consent box, and we record when you gave that consent. If you do, our team may contact you manually on WhatsApp about EduSG’s launch. We do not send automated WhatsApp messages.

Keeping the form safe

To limit automated submissions, the service uses short-lived counters based on hashed IP and email identifiers. They expire after one hour. These counters are separate from the waitlist record.

Your choices

Your details stay on the waitlist until they are removed. To withdraw your request, correct your details or ask for removal, contact contact@edusg.co from the address you submitted.

Only submit your own details. Do not submit student details or other sensitive information.
